Retail stores and end users will be directed to selected service centers for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs and service. As an Authorized service center for Desa Specialty, LLC, I agree to accept for repair warranty and non-warranty units manufactured and/or marketed by Desa as indicated above, no matter where the unit was purchased.

I understand that this is only an application pending approval and that accepting the terms of this application does not give me the authority to perform warranty service for Desa Specialty, LLC. If approved, I will be notified by Desa. A contract will be sent to me for signing. As soon as the signed contract is received by Desa, I will be sent, at NO CHARGE, the appropriate Service Manuals and Training Videos (if available).
